Launching Ceremony of the Silver Jubilee of Keats College

The star is now a golden star. 50 years since the Keats College has been shining gloriously to work towards the betterment of our society. Keats College will be celebrating its Silver Jubilee next year and the party is already on. The launching ceremony of the grand event has been held on Friday 4th October 2013 at Shanti Maurice Resort and Spa. This was an ideal occasion to reveal the new motto: "Honouring The Past and Shaping The Future". The new logo of Keats College was presented to the Keats Family by the Manager, Mr. Clement Wong.

The ceremony was well hosted by two charming ladies: Mrs Louisa Medon and Mrs Jessica Beetum and the entertainment was assured by Mr & Mrs Sunee and group.

Mrs Moctee who has been struggling for the benefit of the college and sharing all happiness and sorrows of the Keats Family since more or less these past 50 years, shared a very nostalgic speech on her journey.

Homage was given to the founder of Keats College, Mr. Max Wong Ah Sui by Mr. Dev Dhurmah, Mr. Tony Wong and Mr. Clement Wong.

Together the whole Keats Family was taken on board fully dressed in Red, white and gold – the symbolic colours of the college to celebrate this grand occasion. Special thanks go to all members of the Keats Family and the management of Shanti Maurice.

PVC Winter School Programme

The winter school programme was carried out smoothly without any incident and to the satisfaction of all stake holders. The main objective of the Winter School Programme was to reconcile and reconnect the pupils with the schools. The focus was on boosting the self-confidence of the pupils and teachers had to get down to their level and make them feel that they know things. Everything was done through pedagogical activities with no textbooks

Learning through playing
This was one of the objective of the winter School programme. Students played board games, football, word games, puzzles, role play singing.

These activities did not only enhanced the imagination of students but also helped educators to improve their creativity skills
