Fete De La Famille - 25 May 2012

On the occasion of the Mother's Day, Keats College has organised a Family Day where the parents of the Form 1 and 2 students were invited. There was a card exhibition where the students had the priviledge to show to the parents their art of card designing. This event was organised by Mrs.Moctee, Mrs.Swaleha and Mrs.Pursun.

Art and Design Exhibition - 29 May 2012

The Art and Design Exhibition took place in the Gymnasium of the Keats College Girl's Department.
Art isn't just about drawing and painting. It is amazing to see how the boys create beautiful buildings and houses out of pieces of wood, straw and cardboard paper.
Fashion design...reworking with material around in one's environment to create a superb dress is a real challenge!
Design department did an exposition about packaging and various drawn objects.
On that especial day various canvas were covered beautifully with paint through a creative hand.

Fete du pain

The Food and Nutrition Department has organised the annual Bread Day. Flour was being gifted by the Moulin De La Concorde. The Form 4C1 students with their teachers: Mrs.Hurry and Mrs.Belath have prepared different types of bread and have exposed them for the teachers and other students to appreciate.

Use of Concept Map in the Teaching Process

The Business and Accouting Department has organised a conference on The Use of Mind Mapping Concept in the teaching and Learning Process. The conference was animated by Mr.Javed Deelawar, our Business Studies Teacher.

ANNUAL ECONOMICS FORUM-DEBATE

On the occasion of the 48th anniversary of Keats College, the Economics and Commercial Studies Departments has organised this annual activity which is the fifth forum-Debate. The Debate organised by Mr.J.Koomar, HoD of Economics Dept, covers the burning economic issues which are affecting not only the Mauritian economy but also day to day living of our fellow citizens. An eminent personality was our chief guest this year; Dr.The Honourable Rama Krishna Sithanen G.C.S.K.
